Stephanie Infante is the owner and founder of In a Heart Beat Coaching, a grief-informed coaching and connection space rooted in compassion, faith, and lived experience. A Latina counselor, grief coach, and disabled single mother, Stephanie brings both professional training and personal insight to her work—meeting people exactly where they are, without judgment or timelines.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Disability Studies, and has spent over a decade supporting individuals and families through trauma, loss, life transitions, and identity shifts. Her work is deeply informed by her own experiences navigating complex grief, PTSD, motherhood, and life with Cerebral Palsy.
At In a Heart Beat Coaching, Stephanie supports clients as they process grief, reconnect with themselves, and rebuild meaning after loss—whether that loss is a loved one, a relationship, health, identity, or the life they once imagined. Her approach blends emotional honesty, spiritual grounding, reflective practices, and deep listening, creating space for healing that feels gentle, real, and sustainable.
Stephanie believes grief is not something to “get over,” but something to learn to live with—while still choosing joy, purpose, and connection. Her work reminds clients that even in the hardest seasons, healing and hope can begin in a heartbeat.
