In a Heart Beat Coaching & Connections recognizes that grief, disability, caregiving, and major life transitions can be unpredictable.

• Clients may cancel or reschedule individual sessions with at least 6 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged the full session fee, unless covered under the Hardship & Compassion Clause.
• Group coaching sessions and workshops are non-refundable, as space is limited and reserved in advance.
• If In a Heart Beat Coaching & Connections must cancel a session, clients will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

• All individual coaching sessions are treated as confidential.
• Information shared will not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law (including risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court order).
• In group sessions, confidentiality is strongly encouraged; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of group participation. Clients agree to respect the privacy and lived experiences of others.
